Update for Athena 4.x users to v4.07
Allows back-dating of records (out-of-sync)
Fixes bug preventing editing of PMH in certain situations.
Also includes the latest transfer program for sending data back to BHF

This update fixed several issues and is more robust.
It will backup your current files first and then update Athena, leaving it in the same folder.
You should thoroughly check the update has worked for your patients before proceeding to update to v4.xx.

This new update has just been released. It will migrate Athena 3.xx program and data to Athena 4.07. NB The original data will be backed up and the original program will remain where it was installed.
The new version will be in a new folder:

C:\Program Files\Capturebeat\Athena 4

The shortcuts will be updated to show this.

NB While Athena 3 would run with Access 97, Athena 4 requires Access 2000-XP (it will work with 2003 but with "issues").

If you currently use Access 97, ask your IT dept for them to install Access 2000 or XP. NB during install DO NOT CHOOSE TO UNINSTALL Access 97. More than one copy of Access can run on the same machine, provided you use shortcuts to run the database (Athena does this).

Once you are certain that Athena has been successfully updated to v4, you can then remove Access 97 (unless you use it for other programs).

This "Deposit" program will extract the latest transfer and audit programs for BHF Athena users.
Save this file anywhere and run it to deposit the new files.

The Transfer program will send your Athena audit data to Capturebeat.com.
No patient details are sent.
Once you have run the deposit program, to run the transfer program - click the start button and select menus All Programs.Athena.Tools.Transfer BHF data
